The vacancy Clinical Negligence Paralegal key responsibilities:

Assisting the Solicitors in your team with specific tasks allocated on their files and providing them with progress reports as required; Speaking with clients; Providing support to the other Paralegals within the team if required; Meeting targets and deadlines set by Fee Earners; Undertaking such duties and tasks such as changes in information systems and new technology, drafting witness statements, instructions and other tasks to assist in the day to day running of cases as may reasonably be required; General administration roles to assist the smooth running of the department.

Profile

The vacancy Clinical Negligence Paralegal is looking for:

At least one year's previous paralegal experience within Clinical Negligence; Excellent drafting skills; Conduct legal research; Good time management skills Polish speaking 2:1 degree or equivalent in Law (or appropriate conversion); Successful completion of the LPC or studying the LPC part time; Studying CILEx; Knowledge of Proclaim
