My client, a top UK law firm, is seeking to hire an experienced Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office.
This firm handles most kinds of Clinical Negligence and larger personal injury claims, providing legal services to clients throughout England & Wales. Providing expert advice to clients on the Claimant side.
As the successful Clinical Negligence Paralegal, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with Solicitors in the team on specific tasks
- Providing support and cover to the other Paralegals in the team
- Drafting witness statements and conducting legal research
- Liaising with new and existing clients
- Assisting with the organisation and maintaining of the Solicitor's files (both hard copy and electronically)
To qualify for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have previous/existing experience within Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury
- Be and LLB/GDL graduate with a completed LPC (or studying the LPC)
- Have the ability to conduct effective legal research
- Be competent in all Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of 'Proclaim' is desirable
