SalaryMy client is searching for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their Bolton, Lancashire offices.
The opportunityMy client are looking for an experienced and skilled Lawyer/ Fee Earner to join their team of highly successful Clinical NegligenceFee Earners. You will be engaged in challenging and rewarding casework, working on a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence, multi-track claims. You will have the opportunity to represent clients who have suffered from a wide range of injuries as a result Clinical Negligence for example delayed diagnosis of cancer and other conditions, and substandard medical treatment including surgery.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, commitment to excellent client care and can undertake a pragmatic approach. You will be handling Clinical and Dental Negligence cases.
Person Specification
• 1+ years' experience within the Clinical Negligence sector• Claimant experience is essential.• EL / PL Experience • Enthusiasm and be able to work as a team.• Excellent knowledge of the Protocol and CPR• Track record of dealing with Multi Track cases.• Ability to negotiate.• A commitment to excellent client care• Knowledge of Proclaim case management system would be ideal.
