Clinical Nurse Lead

The Clinical Nurse Lead role has primary responsibility for leading shifts and promoting the quality of clinical services, including all aspects of Nursing care. The post holders are responsible for leading the Nursing team to deliver high-quality Nursing practice to achieve optimum clinical and quality of life outcomes for Patients and Service Users.
In the absence of the Hospital/Care Home Manager, the Clinical Nurse Leads will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Service, ensuring all Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements are implemented effectively to achieve the delivery of a high-quality service provision.

Pay: Ranges from £19 to £22 depending on qualifications.
