Requirements for the Clinical Nurse Manager role:

You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN /RNLD)

Active PIN

Experience within a Management role in a similar setting.

Clear DBS.

This homely Nursing Home offers care to adults with Dementia, Mental Health Condition, Old Age and Physical Disability; This is provided across separate specialist units. The role of a Clinical Nurse Manager within the Nursing Home involves

Overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activity within the Nursing Home

Carrying out initial assessments of potential residents, supporting them and their families in the process

Developing and maintaining clear and accurate care plans and medication records

Support and deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager

Promoting, monitoring and implementing standards for patient care within the Nursing Home

Providing clinical leadership and mentoring junior members of staff

Ensuring that there are good staffing levels and ensuring that staffing rotas are drawn up efficiently

Ensuring that KPIs are met

Carrying out internal audits and reviews
