You will have excellent communication skills to promote and develop interagency working and have experience of working with systems working with young people who present with complex and multiple needs. You will work autonomously within professional guidelines, TEWV trust values and YJS processes. You will work well within multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to overall service delivery improvements as required. Supervision and development of students is a key part of the Clinical Nurse Specialist role and there is an expectation that the successful candidate has the relevant qualification to be a practice assessor.
