Clinical Nurse Trainer

We are looking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Trainer (community based), on behalf a private complex care provider. The role as Clinical Trainer will be home based / remote, with travel across the North East and Yorkshire Regions, and we are looking for a Registered Nurse with excellent clinical skills in the following areas - tracheostomy care, ventilator care, PEG feeds.
As Clinical Nurse Trainer, you will deliver training on a variety of Nurse Delegated Tasks to groups of carers for specific clients. This could be in classrooms, some over a virtual platform, some maybe 1:1 in a client's home.
We are looking for an RGN Qualified Nurse Trainer, with excellent nursing skills including ventilator and tracheostomy care. The main part of your role will be to train and sign off carers, so we are looking for someone ideally with experience in training and development.
All sites are rated as Good with the CQC and some with elements of outstanding!
To apply for this role, you must be a car driver as this is community based around the North East and Yorkshire. Areas of travel include Sunderland, Newcastle, and Leeds (outskirts)
This role is to work 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - you will be home based but happy to travel for the needs of the business.
The salary is negotiable dependent on experience, circa £36,000 - £38,000 plus mileage.
