We are currently partnering with a leading healthcare organisation dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by cognitive disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's, and other neurological conditions, through diagnosis, treatment and research.
The client are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sub-Investigator to join their dynamic and collaborative research team. You will play a crucial role in conducting Clinical Trials and research studies focused on cognitive disorders, whilst working alongside their team of experts and external stakeholders in contributing to the advancement and understanding in treating these neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal Investigator in planning, organizing, and executing Clinical Trials and research studies.
- Conduct patient screenings and assessments to determine study eligibility
- Administer investigational treatments and interventions as directed
- Collect, document, and manage study data in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, study coordinators, and research staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of study participants throughout the research process
- Adhere to ethical and regulatory standards in all aspects of research
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree.
- GMC Registered
- Previous experience in clinical research or a related field
- Experience of neuroscience/neurology or related fields is preferred but not a perquisite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to ethical research practices and patient safety
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines is a plus
