An established FX Payments FinTech are looking for a Cloud Security Engineering Manager to join their team, reporting to the CISO. This is an exciting, greenfield opportunity providing the successful candidate the chance to have a genuine impact throughout an organisation that is one of the oldest financial institutions in the UK and has experienced genuine results and success in the past few years.
The organisation specialises in cross-border payments connecting emerging and frontier markets with the rest of the world and just last year IPO’d on the London Stock Exchange. In the last 3 years, they have won several awards in the FX and Payments spaces underlining their commitment to become one of the leading worldwide institutions in these areas.
This role is perfect for any security engineers looking to take their first steps into a management position. You will be initially working very much hands-on as a security engineer embedded within the architecture function, ensuring security is incorporated in the transformation journey. You will have ownership of tool automation, AI and Bot implementation and full security reviews of the vendor backlog. With the expected growth of the company, there will potentially be greater managerial responsibility in the future, including the opportunity to build a Cloud Security team.
