A key part of the Technology function, the IT Services (ITS) department, provides all IT related services and develops new IT solutions in collaboration with colleagues from across the organisation, whilst ensuring the ongoing smooth operation of existing solutions. You will be joining a team of collaborators and knowledge sharers working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will lead and support EA activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions such as projects, products, systems, shared infrastructure services, and shared application services. You will provide the necessary leadership, analysis, and design tasks related to support the development of technology solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards.
Your profile
- Knowledge and experience with Azure, AWS, Shift & Lift transformation, TRE
- Knowledge and experience leading, or being part of, a large organisation\'s journey to cloud initiatives; good understanding of application development methodologies and infrastructure and network architecture
- Knowledge and experience of business ecosystems (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), strategic and emerging technology trends
- Knowledge and experience translating business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documenting all Solution Architecture design and analysis work, including strategies and roadmaps
- Knowledge and experience documenting existing architecture across various architecture domains (applications, technologies, processes, information)
- Knowledge and experience creating reference architectures focused on detailed design principles, decision points, APIs, major systems, and dependencies between business and IT
- Knowledge and experience implementing middleware platforms, working with Java, Go, and Python, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL, ITSM, BizzDesign, Ardoq, EA Sparx, Archimate
