SalaryMedsolve have a superb opportunity for a Cluster Manager to provide support to staff teams & service users within Supported Living Services around In West Heath, Birmingham.
About the role:

- Working closely with the Area Manager to continue to provide the highest quality care and support to each person as an individual.
- You will work 4 days off shift. and work 1 day on shift
- Experienced in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities, Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
- Have good IT skills and experience of maintaining records to be successful in this role
Requirements:
- Driving Licence and access to a car is essential.
- Extensive care experience, as a Registered Manager within the social care or health sector.
- A natural leader who has empathy at the heart of all they do
- Ideally holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or have an existing equivalent Management qualification.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to uphold these at all times.
- Standards of care and support being at the foundation of what you believe, without compromise to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved by all.
Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000+ mileage, working hours 9am-5pm, plus an extensive benefits & discounts package.
