What will I be doing?
- Reading & interpretation of quality & engineering documentation.
- Loading & setting of machine tooling.
- Loading & setting of fixtures & components.
- Selection & loading of correct programmes in accordance with the quality/engineering documentation.
- Running of 5 axis machines.
- General basic level maintenance (TPM) of the CNC machine & associated fixtures.
- Product, machine & programme defect / anomaly reporting.
- Self inspection & dimensional checks against quality & engineering documentation.
- Adherence to PPE & all HSE measures.
- Actively participate in making the workplace safer by reporting of accidents & near misses.
- Contribute to SAFRAN 5S & housekeeping standards.
- Reporting & contributing to KPIs specific to your role / area / product(s).

Night Shift Position (Shift Allowance Applied)
Monday - Wednesday 21:30-7:00
Thursday 21:30-6:00

Job requirements
- Experience in multi discipline CNC machine work centres.
- Experience working with carbon fibre.
- Knowledge / experience of vacuum machine fixtures.
- Siemens control systems experience.
- Lifting & slinging experience.(desirable)
- Working at heights (desirable).
