CNC Miller

CNC Miller urgently required for a leading and busy manufacturing company based in Oxfordshire. We are looking for someone who can programme, operate and set CNC machinery with experience in HEIDENHAIN and Fanuc controls with great background within manufacturing/ precision engineering industries.
This is a Permanent role to work from Monday to Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm). The company is a stable business being for almost 30 years in the market serving different industries, including Medical, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Semi conductor and Aerospace.
Key responsibilities:
- Setting and operating 5 axis CNC Mills
- Using Fanuc controls to set, operate and edit programmes
- Performing self-inspection using tools and techniques
- Ensuring all parts meet quality standards and specifications required.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Experience required:
- Previous experience in CNC machines being able to programme, operate and set machinery. (Essential)
- Experience in using Heidenhain machines and Fanuc controls. (Mandatory)
- Experience using 3, 4 or 5-Axis machines.
- Experience with materials including metals, plastics, and composites.
- Demonstrated capabilities to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
