Meridian Business Support are delighted to be recruiting for our busy client, who is looking for CNC Turner to join a day shift on a permanent basis.

- Writing programs.
- Setting CNC and Manual machines.
- Understanding inspection and it’s importance.
- Running CNC machines to optimise production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Work to tight tolerances and inspection of own work.
- Able to be responsible for their own routing inspection.
- Assist or instruct other operatives with set ups tooling and cutting details as necessary.
- Wherever possible, identify and obtain tooling, fixtures, and machine programmed requirements for jobs.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes, inspecting finished parts to guarantee precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support the overall success of the company.
