Cnc Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator

Shorterm group are currently working with a cutting edge manufacturing company who provide components for a variety of industries including automotive, architectural and some sub-con work.
They are looking to take on a highly experience CNC Miller programmer, setter operator on a full time permanent basis. The role can lead on to Team leader and potentially further for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of setting, operating and programming on 3 +1 axis milling machines. Working in a production environment. EdgeCAM experience would be beneficial but not essential. Experience with 5 axis would be beneficial but not essential.
In there modern work shop you will be required to be Programming, setting and running a DMG Mori CMX 1100V (2019)
If you have 5 axis experience there is an opportunity to advise on the programming of their latest machine purchase, a CTX Beta 1250 TC 5 Axis mill turn machine.
They run a day shift of 39 hours. The normal working hours are 8-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-1pm Friday with a pay rate of 15ph - 18ph and an overtime rate of 1.5x.
