CNC Operator Wanted for Major Automotive Supply Chain Business
Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for a temporary opportunity? Our client, a crucial player in the supply chain of a major Automotive business, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team.
Role Overview: As a CNC Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring precision and efficiency in machining processes. Here are the key responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Ideally, you should have formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Machining. However, if you have relevant experience in a similar role, formal qualifications are not essential.
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator in a high-precision environment is highly desirable.
- Comfortably handle the demands of a fast-paced machining environment.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with mechanical inspection tools, including micrometers and verniers, is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Enjoy a 4-day workweekwith night shifts, totalling 46 hours per week.
- Monday to Thursday, from 6 PM to 6 AM.
- Night shift (day shift opportunities also available)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: £14(equivalent to £644 per week or £33,488 per annum, pro rata).
- Plus team and individual performance based bonus scheme
- Holiday entitlement: 28 days per annum, pro rata.
- Temporary employment with potential to go Permanent
