Cnc Setter Operator

Position : CNC Setter Operator, CNC Miller

Location : Rotherham

Shifts : 3 shift system 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 Monday to Friday

Pay : 16.00 per hour to 19.00 per hour according to experience

The Role :

• To Set and Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. 3 axis and 5 axis machining experience preferred
• Basic programming / editing experience preferred
• Set up and load materials onto the machine
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
• Maintain a clean and organise the work area

About You

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer
• Experience with precision measurement instruments - verniers, micrometer, CMM etc
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good level of numeracy
