Are you a CNC Turner or similar looking for a long-term, days-based, role working Monday to Friday for a stable and secure company, who look after their staff and promote a healthy work-life balance with an early finish on Fridays and performance-based bonuses?

This company is a specialist manufacturer that operate UK wide in a number of vital industries. With an ever growing client list and a sterling reputation for their quality manufacturing techniques it is no surprise that this company are experiencing growth and are looking to bolster the team by bringing on a CNC turner.
In this workshop based role you will be setting and operating a variety of machinery from gun drilling machines deep hole boring working to precise tolerances in a manufacturing environment supplying into a range of sectors from aerospace, gas, oil and defence. Full training will be given on the specific machines you will be working on and you will be working days based, Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday with performance based bonuses and unlimited overtime.

This role would suit a CNC Turner or similar looking for a secure, local role for a family feel company who look after their staff, working in a friendly environment with an excellent work-life balance. This exciting role will see you using the system Fanuc to programme machine systems and setting up a range of machines that provide deep hole drilling services.

The Role:

• Manually programming and setting up machines using Fennock
• Primarily working on a Gundrilling machine following full training
• Work within tight-knit team
• Monday to Thursday, 07:00am, 8:00am - 16:45pm, finish at 15:30pm on Friday

The Person:

• CNC Turner or similar
• Proficient in Fanuc
• Commutable to Andover
