SalaryWe need a highly skilled CNC Turner to programme, set and run CNC machines with Fanuc based control system. The successful applicants should have served an apprenticeship or gained a high level of experience in machining.
37.5 hours per week Monday - Thursday (4 DAY WEEK)
7:30am - 5pm
- Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to produce precision parts
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines
- Experience in CNC programming and operation
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks
- Strong knowledge of materials handling and machining techniques
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools, tooling, and measuring instruments
- Understanding of logic controllers and machine automation systems
