Job Description
- Working for the Head of Governance and Planning, you will have line management for the Finance Programme Analyst function – approximately 2-5 people.
- Manage Financial Reporting and governance for CNO, This will include (not limited to)
- Monthly financial performance reporting including budget cuts, analysis, re-forecasting.
- Running the reporting and governance of the quarterly forecasting cycle and the multi year planning cycles.
- Lead and deliver company-wide activities such as annual and quarterly planning, TowerCo governance reporting, finance and spend management processes and reporting, trending analysis, and financial change management. Strong cooperation and interworking with Finance Dept.
- Drive the portfolio to ensure financial risks, dependencies and planning is documented across CNO and actions are mapped, owned and tracked.
- Summary reporting analysis of key governance activities and the impact this has on the portfolio: not limited to GRNI tracking, Capex Drawdown, Project cost model analysis, investment approvals.
- Drive innovative plans, industry best practice and tooling to automate and optimise project and programme reporting data and tools.
- Implement and drive new methods, tools, templates & guidance for project and programme delivery into BAU governance.
- Work with the Head of to produce adhoc reporting to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience of rolling out automated analytical tools and migration to data focused analytics.
- Strong people skills, able to collaborate at most levels of the business and display effective influencing and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Previous experience of leading within a large PMO team.
- Proactive and can-do attitude and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to prioritise workload, delegate where appropriate and ensure expectations are set and commitments met.
- Drive for change – actively seeking out opportunities to do more but smarter.
- Take the initiative/leadership engaging within the CNO team and across the matrix organisation to achieve the goals and ensure continuous improvement
- Telco business understanding
- Proven stakeholder management at all levels: providing service to internal or external stakeholders to achieve successful programme and project outcomes
- Experience in the creation, deployment, and management of process, tools and frameworks to deliver change and reporting on delivery / financials data.
- Preferred experience of Planning and RAID across Programmes

Salary range for this role start's at £53,760, and exact salary will differ by job and experience
