Red Bull UK is recruiting for a Co-Op & Nisa Sales Intern for 3 months to be based in London, UK.
Co-op is a key strategic retailer for Red Bull within the Grocery Channel, with over 2,500 Co-op Main Estate stores across the UK alongside acting as a Route To Market for over 1,600 Co-op Societies Stores. Unlocking the Co-op Societies is a key focus area for the business through driving distribution and improving our Perfect Store Rate. A successful intern will support the team with the analysis of newly acquired data from all societies to create a Total Co-op scorecard. This scorecard and key insights will be shared both internally and externally to support in unlocking distribution opportunities and optimising our promotional mechanics to drive penetration and frequency. You will also have the opportunity to lean into your creative side by working with our Shopper Marketing Team to project manage Point of Sale (POS) activations from design to implementation. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 10th June 2024 to 6th September 2024. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.
Job Description
Data Analysis
Collate and analyse in store sales data (EPOS) across key Co-Op Societies
Draw conclusions and recommendation that can be implemented by Society
Review promotional data and analyse performance
Feedback and present to the team your findings and recommendations
Create Societies Dashboard used to track volume, profitability, range & distribution in one central location
Field Sales Engagement
Working closely with our field team spending days out in trade
Gathering ideas and market opportunities that can then be developed into the plan
Create a tracker to monitor Society progress and engagement
Looking Awesome In Store
Create and project manage a point of sale activation within the Co-op estate
Manage multiple internal and external teams to deliver the project whilst working closely with our shopper marketing and field sales team
Qualifications
We're not looking for experience or qualifications. Instead, we want someone who is:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
Use of PowerPoint
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to understand and draw conclusions from large data sets
UK Full Clean Driver’s Licence
Good communication (verbal and written) skills
Good time management skills
