We are currently partnered with a leading supplier of training and consulting services in the IT space. They offer a wide range of certification programmes and training courses in areas such as Cyber, Cloud, Data, Software and more!
They are looking for a talented Sales Director to manage the wider team of Sales Managers across the EMEA region, supporting widespread collaboration between different brands across the business.

The Opportunity
In this position, you will oversee all Sales activity across the EMEA region. This position will involve a mixture of managing Sales Managers, ensuring everyday Sales activity is on track, and acting as an individual contributor, onboarding new logos and growing the team with a hands-on approach.
You will:
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure success.
- Set and monitor sales targets, develop and maintain sales pipelines, and take proactive steps to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including key accounts, by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new opportunities, markets, and customer segments, and create plans for expanding market share.
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the sales cycle.
Ideal Requirements
- 4+ years of successful sales experience (in B2B or industrial sales environment) with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership experience in management, coaching and developing Sales Managers.
- Experience building and executing prospecting strategies focusing on activities, playbooks, and active training with the team.
- Ability to define goals, quotas and incentives for your team.
- A growth mindset with a hands-on approach.
