The Opportunity
As a Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving their robotic products and solutions into the global market.
You will formulate and execute a winning sales strategy, establish and nurture key relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company’s robotics division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy – Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Market Expansion – Identify new market segments, regions, and industries for robotic solutions and develop plans to penetrate and grow in these areas.
- Customer Engagement – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers to drive business development and long-term success.
- Product Knowledge – Deep understanding of the company’s robotic products and their applications to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Sales Performance – Monitor and analyse sales metrics, pipeline, and conversion rates to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration – Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless product development, launch, and support.
- Market Insights – Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Revenue Growth – Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving sales initiatives, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in robotics or related technology sales leadership roles.
- Developed an understanding of robotic technology and its applications.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required.
