The Opportunity
As a Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving their robotic products and solutions into the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Expansion – Identify new market segments, regions, and industries for robotic solutions and develop plans to penetrate and grow in these areas.
- Customer Engagement – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers to drive business development and long-term success.
- Product Knowledge – Deep understanding of the company’s robotic products and their applications to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Sales Performance – Monitor and analyse sales metrics, pipeline, and conversion rates to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in robotics or related technology sales leadership roles.
- Developed an understanding of robotic technology and its applications.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
