Salary: £37,000 Plus Bonus

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people management skills as well as a strong working history within a Sales Administration environment. Role Responsibilities:
• Managing the Sales Administration Team, including training and development
• Driving the sales order process
• Overseeing stock movement and requirements for project rollouts
• Working with the Scheduling Team to ensure processes are followed
• Reviewing and setting KPIs for the team
• Ensuring the department always follows internal audit requirements

Candidate Requirements:
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong Excel skills and ideally previous experience working with SAP
• Previous experience in setting and measuring KPIs
• Highly customer-focused
