The role
As a PA & Administration Manager you will be working closely with the Headteacher alongside all other Admin staff in dealing with the following:
Communication
Communication With/ On Behalf of the Headteacher
Business partnerships, funding and the community
Diary Management
Events
Edits & Upkeep of School Evidence and Other Documents
Pupil and Staff Attendance
HR and Recruitment
Courses and in-service training
Part-time staff
Children's Files and Parent Details
ICT
Management
Project work
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in using attendance management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse situations.
