Previous experience in a similar role ie collections associate / sales ledger / admin in a high volume environment or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Access, and other software as needed to perform duties of the positionA minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths & EnglishStrong organisational skills in handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously with high attention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to work independently or/and collaboratively, and to adapt to a fast-changing environmentStrong communication, proactive problem solving, and analytical skills required
