Responsibilities
• Case handling a high volume portfolio of customer accounts in arrears• Handling inbound and initiating outbound communication• Building relationships with customers• Negotiating and implementing repayment solutions• Working with various teams within the company
Requirements
• At least 2 years debt recovery experience• Empathy, forbearance, and professionalism• Strong communication skills• Ability to deal with challenges and think on your feet• Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit• Experience within the finance industry is advantageous
