What will you be doing?
- Lead our Debt Recovery Team to optimize bad debt losses and achieve company KPIs.
- Manage remote and offshore staff, setting performance targets and ensuring quality assurance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Debt Collection processes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
- Act as an escalation point and support other departments with debt accounts.
What will they be looking for?
- 3+ years of being a team leader or manager in collections.
- Strong leadership skills, team development initiative and B2B customer negotiation.
- Knowledge of credit regulations and utilities industry preferred.
- Great use of MS Office.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle difficult customers effectively.
