Collections Team Leader £25,800 - OTE £31,800 Excellent benefits
We are working with a leading tech company who are looking to recruit a calm, resilient and professional Collections Team Leader to join their operation in Newcastle. They are looking for someone with strong people management skills and a positive attitude who can multi-task and troubleshoot within a fast-paced contact centre environment.
In addition to a basic salary of £25,800 with OTE of £31,800, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays you’ll have great working hours between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 1 out of 3 Saturdays. There is also the opportunity for hybrid working upon completion of training.
Responsibilities:
- Front-line role managing a small group.
- Working to reduce customer debt.
- Working closely with team members to improve internal processes.
- Completing team performance analysis.
- Leading team meetings.
- Quality assurance and call coaching.
- Assisting recruitment and onboarding.
- Rota Management.
About you:
- Experience in customer service, collections or debt management would be advantageous.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Time Management skills, Multitasking.
- Experienced in people management and improving performance.
- Problem solver.
- Resilient, Patience and able to have empathy and understanding.
