We are looking for a College Services Advisor to join our team.
The College Services team plays a vital role in covering all aspects of student support from welcoming them to the College to registering at their chosen university.?The team provides support across a range of areas, including student wellbeing and support, academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance, and administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Student Support Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
What you’ll bring to the role
Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interest in working in education and in particular international students.
Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Willingness to work flexibly.
Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals.
Attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative.
