Description
We are looking for a talented COM Whole Goods Representative to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for Distribution Business Segment in Wellingborough.
This is a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday, flexible hours, core hours 9am-3pm.
This role is hybrid with 2 days a week in the office.
Salary is £25,600 - £38,400
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Leverage planning tools to ensure inbound supply aligns with firm demand creating a valid plan.
Works with Customers to ensure day to day tasks are as effective and efficient as possible.
Identifies Continuous improvement work and either escalates this to manager or leads this as part of his/her development.
Owns internal KPI's for their Customers, reports defects and improvement plans.
Act as liaison between the customer and aftermarket and/or manufacturing location for quality issues
Submit Material Non-Conformance or Process Non-Conformance claims via the Quality Management System
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience in customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field.
Being able to take accountability, dealing with key issues.
COM experience (Essential)
Strong knowledge of scheduling
Strong collaborative skills
Good communication skills
