As Contracts Manager you will ensure the programme requirements are met in line with business objectives and client and customer aspirations and expectation. 

This is a fast-paced role which requires:

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Managing contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality and, customer satisfaction
• Managing people, sub-contractors, and processes to ensure that responsive repairs, voids, and any other works are controlled and delivered within the time frame required 
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times
• A quick thinker, who can adapt to changing situations
• Able to demonstrate experience of delivering multiple contracts
• The ability to plan and co-ordinate effective resource allocation including supply chain, staff, directly employed operatives
• Able to lead large, high performing multiple disciplined teams
• Ensure high standards of safety, excellent service delivery and sound financial outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum relevant L6 qualification (NVQ) and /or relevant membership of a professional body MCIOB/MICE) and/or construction related degree
• Minimum 5 years' experience with a refurbishment main contractor
• Able to demonstrate experience of delivering multiple contracts
• Excellent awareness of H&S
• Data interrogation skills
• Cladding experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Microsoft Project and Excel Trackers
• Experience and knowledge of Quality Management systems and processes
• Valid Driving Licence
