The Company:

We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their team

The Role:

The successful candidate will build and maintain key relationships with clients at new business, renewal and MTA stages

You will ensure the smooth running of the assigned portfolio on a day-to-day basis by being the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients, providers and other internal and external sources

The Required Skills:

Previous experience within Commercial insurance, in a broking role

Ideally some progression towards the CII exams but if not, full support will be provided

Customer orientated and the ability to work well in a team

Strong IT, Communication, Rapport building and negotiation skills and phone manner
