Account assistant

A great opportunity has arisen for a account assistant to join this well established business in based in Trafford park.

Reporting to the Group financial controller, you will form part of a small finance team with daily, weekly and monthly operations of the business. The team work collaboratively together to achieve their objectives and all team members hold strong sense of ownership across their delivery.

Duties include:

• Answering incoming calls / emails

• Setting up new suppliers

• Coding supplier invoices

• Accurate posting of purchase invoices matching to PO's raised

• Accurate posting of expenses and non-stock invoices

• Liaise with all departments to resolve supplier invoice and PO queries

• Supplier statement reconciliations

• Processing employee expenses and credit card expenses

• Update of weekly cashflow - Excel

• Weekly payment runs and processing of ahoc payments

• Bank reconciliations
• Ad hoc duties

YOU:

• Experience working in fast pace accounts environment
• Experience using finance systems
• Excellent attention to details and communication skills
• Proficient use of Excel
• Knowledge of Dynamics Navision
