Hays are delighted to be working with a locally based, globally recognised organisation who are market leaders within their specialist area. Due to a significant demand on the existing team, the requirement for an additional full-time employee who can bring a strong exposure to commercial accounting has become available.
Your new role
In your new role, you will become a key point of contact within the wider finance team to support specific business functions in daily, weekly and monthly processes. This role will support in cost control and reporting, invoicing, matching and reviewing POs as well as ensuring all financial reports remain in line with compliant processes and procedures. You will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis so interest and confidence in presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders will be key.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be an experienced finance professional who has previously carried out a role with a similar commercial focus to be able to positively support a wider finance team and organisation. You will be an adaptable, strong communicator with strong attention to detail and able to work well independently and as part of a wider team.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive base salary of circa £35,000 depending on experience including additional company benefits that can be discussed at application stage.
