Description
- Business partnering directors of business units to provide financial support and analytical insights
- Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans
- Taking ownership of the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Mentoring a team of finance professionals
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Interacting with senior management to present financial insights and recommendations
- Identifying areas for cost reduction and operational improvements
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Proven experience of building relationships with senior stakeholders with the ability to influence
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
Job Offer
- Competitive salary in the range of £56,000 - £60,000
