A chartered consultancy is looking for a Commercial Administrator to be based at their office in Islington, London
Salary GBP25–30,000 Holidays 24 days per annum plus statutory bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 years service and 27 days after 5 years service) Location – Islington (behind Angel) Other Private Healthcare (Vitality), Workplace Pension, Death in Service Benefit Cover, Company Laptop & Mobile Security Clearance The candidate will be required to apply and gain MET Police Security clearance Our client offers Quantity Surveying support services to the some of the UK s leading construction companies. The role
This is a Commercial Administrator role within their team that delivers Facilities Management Quantity Surveying services on an ongoing / established framework. This company have been working on this framework for 10 years
The role is an integral part of the team, and you will need to be on hand to deliver support to the QS team and their client.
You will be working very closely with an experienced Commercial Administrator and would receive training in the role, however experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.

You will be an experienced Commercial Administrator who ideally has some experience working in the construction industry You will be a confident communicator, happy to deal with the client They welcome ambitious candidates that have an interest in construction / quantity surveying, and they will offer great progression prospects. Must have a minimum of 2 years administration experience, and must be strong on Excel as you will be producing reports Working hours 8–5
