The Commercialiser® is a dynamic boutique consultancy firm specialising in negotiation advisory and execution working with the world’s largest firms on deals between $5m and $5Bn. The Role
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to join our small team and play a key role in driving the operational success and drive the business forward. Key Responsibilities
- A blend of daily administrative tasks and key company projects, providing exposure to different aspects of the business and fostering professional growth and development
- CEOs agenda scheduling
- Direct interaction with CEO and reporting to CEO for special projects
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, and execution to the highest quality
- Streamline operational processes and workflows to optimise productivity and scalability
- Play a key role in planning and executing company events
- Additional duties as required, working flexibility within the team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
- Resilience and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Previous experience in event management not essential, but advantageous
