Exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join a growing business supporting the marketing, operations, and sales teams. You will be very proactive, able to multitask hardworking and have experience in customer service, administration, CRM & Excel.
Key Responsibilities as Operations Administrator:
- Act as a main point of contact for all contractor queries ensuring a high-quality customer experience pre, during and post the events.
- Client list management including updating and maintaining the website, checking consistency, and communicating with exhibitors and teams.
- Attend Teams meetings with Sales team.
- Work with marketing to ensure contracts are issued correctly and within budget.
- Responsible for issuing contracts and ensuring they are signed along with stand insurance contracts.
- Assist the marketing team with creating and posting new content on social media, ensuring posts are scheduled within a timely manner.
- Answering client emails and calls and maintaining records for each client on the relevant systems.
- Maintain operational information on Dynamics (CRM).
- Updating the website with changes
- Liaise with any sponsors as needed.
- Escalate any client issues/challenges with appropriate team members accordingly.
Key Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Hardworking and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
