VisionPersonnel are delighted to be working with a leading residential developer to identify a Commercial Assistant / Administrator.
You will be supporting the day to day running of the commercial department and commercial team. Duties would include, but not limited to;
- administration of contractual documentation and correspondence.
- management of data, contract trackers.
- Compiling reports from information obtained by commercial team.
- Focal point for contact to the commercial team to receive incoming enquiries and either handle or forward to the commercial team individuals, as necessary.
- Accurately maintain trackers always ensuring data accuracy.
Desirable skills/qualifications, but not essential.
- Office/Admin experience.
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- High degree of personal initiative, responsibility and commitment coupled with enthusiasm in a busy environment.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
This could be a very rewarding role with the potential progression into surveyor/buying role for the right candidate.
