Our client, a well known new house builder, are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their business on a temporary to permanent basis, with an immediate start.
Your new role
Your new role will be to support the Commercial and Technical team by providing high quality administrative support. Key duties in this role will be to code and process invoices and assign them to the correct department, producing documentation for clients and distribute accordingly, conduct subcontractor verifications and issuing notifications, providing general administrative support such as preparation of letters, maintaining records and taking minutes, assisting with the preparation of tender packages as well as maintaining documents such as contract letters, agreements and insurances.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have a strong administrative background, good coordination skills and the ability to support multiple departments at once. This role will be fast-paced, and our client has highlighted a need to be able to multi task, adaptive to change and a strong team player who is willing to get 'stuck in'.
