Job Description:
Venesky Brown are looking for a Commercial Assistant to support our client who has been appointed to deliver all civil engineering works on the major Trans Pennine rail Upgrade project who's Head Office is in Manchester
Job Description:
- Working hours- 42.5hrs per week Mon-Fri
- minimum 6 months but high likelihood of extension
- Working with procurement team i.e raising orders etc
- Accounts Payable
- Review requisition requests and process in SAP
- assist in raining subcontract orders in SAP
- Placing orders for consumables & stationary
- issuing correnspondence to relevant suppliers & subcontractors
Requirements
- Experience with SAP and Excel
- Experience in accounts payable
- Experience in procurement / buying, raising orders
- Excellent communication to work as part of a team
- Good IT skills
