Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on Friday’s

Due to significant growth, our well-established client of over 30 years are now seeking an Accounts Administrator to support the Accounts department This role is permanent, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on a Friday!
This role would suit someone with previous Accounts/Administration experience within a busy office environment, who is organised, efficient and hardworking. Experience of Sage Line 50 would be preferred.
The Role
¨ Checking supplier statements
¨ Checking invoices from different suppliers, against order books
¨ Preparing supplier payments
¨ Monitoring and chasing debtors
¨ Emailing customer statements
¨ Raising sales invoices
¨ Updating various spreadsheets
¨ Recording and processing various types of information
¨ Other non-accounts related admin duties as required
The ideal candidate will;
¨ Have previous admin experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry
¨ Be a team player and enjoy a fast-paced environment
¨ Drive and have their own car (due to location)
¨ Have Sage Line 50 experience
¨ Excellent attention to detail
