Accounts Administrator

Simpson Judge is currently working with business based in Manchester City Centre. Due to successful growth, they are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to assist their close-knit finance team. There will be plenty of opportunities for growth and development.

This is a permanent position, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000

Roles/ Responsibilities

• Posting supplier invoices
• Responsible for payment runs
• Arranging dispatches for sales orders (stock allocation/arranging deliveries)
• Stock Management
• Arranging /sourcing supplier orders
• Raising sales invoices
• Bank reconciliation

Skills/ Experience

• At least 2 years completing transactional duties- Accounts Payable or Receivable
• Sage experience is crucial
• Excel skills- Vlookups and pivot tables is ideal
• At least AAT Level 3 and studying towards Level 4 / ACCA / CIMA / ACA
• Previous experience in technology or software development is ideal
