Description

As Senior Investment Administrator, you will be responsible for investment management and being a key part of back office support. Day to day, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring client portfolios are rebalanced in line with models
• Assisting in regulatory and performance reporting
• Portfolio implementation using custody software platforms
• Placing instructions to deal with brokers
• Liaising with and reporting on activity with third party platforms
• Ensuring executive and settlement of transactions through liaison with custody partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of stock and cash settlement
• Supporting operations on reporting of transactions for fund accounting, liquidity monitoring, DTR reporting and CSDR monitoring
• Performance calculations for banks of clients to specific performance standards

Profile

As Senior Investment Administrator, you must have:

• Experience working in an investment management environment
• Ideally had exposure to working in an investment operations role, dealings, settlements or portfolio rebalancing
• Studying towards a relevant qualification will be desirable (IOC, CISI etc)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Strong communication skills
