We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Administrator. This is a vital position within our organization, supporting the Commercial Manager and contributing to the overall success of our business. As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of commercial activities, providing administrative support, and maintaining effective communication channels with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and manage commercial documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Order Processing: Process and manage commercial orders, including order entry, invoicing, and tracking. Collaborate with the Sales Team to facilitate the seamless execution of commercial transactions.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry and Analysis: Accurately input and maintain data related to commercial transactions. Generate reports as needed to support decision-making processes.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of commercial activities. Collaborate with suppliers to facilitate order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Manager and the commercial team. This includes scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling routine office tasks.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all commercial activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on commercial or business operations. Familiarity with commercial documentation and processes is advantageous.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment and independently when required.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to interpret and present data for decision-making purposes.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
