Are you an experienced Commercial Administrator looking to join a dynamic and leading construction company with an office in Welwyn? My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Commercial Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving construction business and work closely with the Commercial Director.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Builders Profiles: Maintain and update comprehensive profiles for all builders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee and manage supply chains to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of materials.
- Order Processing: Handle the processing of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Warranty Management: Monitor and manage warranty documentation, ensuring compliance and addressing issues as they arise.
- Document Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all commercial documents.
- Contract Management: Ensure all necessary contracts are signed and executed promptly, and follow up on any outstanding documentation.
- Assist the Commercial Director: Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the commercial department.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Commercial Experience: Proven track record in a similar commercial administrative role within the construction industry.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide support where necessary.
- Initiative: A proactive approach with the ability to take the initiative and work independently when required.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
