We are seeking a Commercial and Residential Valuation Surveyor to join the team in Somerset. This is a full time, permanent position with expected travel across Somerset. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that wants to be able to develop and grow with the business.

The role will involve;

• Residential valuations covering urban and rural properties
• Opportunity to seek and win new business and develop new relationships
• Provide professional advice
• Managing a case load to a high standard

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate must have;

• MRICS accredited qualification with PQE
• Interest in working within Commercial property
• Highly organised and efficient approach
• A willingness to develop and grow within a highly successful business
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Due to the nature of this role a full licence and access to your vehicle is essential
