As a Commercial Assistant, you will assume a pivotal support role within the commercial and project management teams, contributing significantly to the seamless financial and contractual operations of the companies infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide invaluable support to the commercial team by maintaining meticulous financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors to handle the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Contribute to vigilant monitoring of project budgets, expenditures, and cost control.
- Assist in preparing and updating project-related reports, including cost and financial summaries.
- Support the review and processing of contract variations and change orders.
- Assist in the evaluation and mitigation of potential project-related risks.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders involved in the project.
- Offer administrative support to both the commercial and project management teams.
