This growing and ambitious design and build construction company who specialise in office fit-out and refurbishments. They offer a full turn-key service from full design and build of their projects with a big emphasis on sustainability as they want to become the most sustainable design and build company in the UK. Their high-quality service has found them great success where they have worked with prestigious clients previously and has resulted in them having a great pipeline of work moving forward. They are looking to add to their ambitious and driven workforce with this great opportunity.
In this role you'll have a variety of responsibilities where you will be assisting both the pre-construction and pre-contracts departments. You will be visiting sites and liaising with sub-contractors and clients. You'll also be looking through budgets and reviewing drawings to ensure they are all correct. As well as that you will be assisting the senior members in the team with the writing of the site programs. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be assisting with the preparation of tender documents for the projects.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within the construction industry in a similar position. As well as having great coordination and analytical skills to successfully assist with all pre-construction responsibilities.
